This AP is an update of !1084 (merged) to use the hlt1 sequence hlt1_pp_matching_no_ut_1000KHz and latest hlt2 settings (https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Moore/-/blob/master/Hlt/Hlt2Conf/python/Hlt2Conf/settings/hlt2_pp_2024.py#L250).
