Some things to clarify before submission:

  • necessity to have an additional sprucing term after Hlt2 for Turbo (see !713 (merged))
  • hlt1_{ut,nout}.py algorithms chosen are the correct ones: hlt1_pp_matching and hlt1_pp_matching_no_ut, respectively.
  • hlt2_{ut,nout}.py algorithms chosen are the correct ones? I have seen different options
