DaVinci updated to v64r3

Use both hlt1_pp_matching_no_ut_1000KHz and hlt1_pp_forward_then_matching_no_ut to create individual tuples for comparison.

Add sprucing for full->sprucing path; add sprucingpass to turbo path.

Use both expected2024 and expected2024Q1.2 for comparison.
