Tupling MC samples for 2024 data validation with pi0/eta -> e+e-gamma decays

Validating 2024 data with \pi^0 / \eta \to e^+e^-\gamma decays and prepare for Dark Photon analysis with Run3 data.

Tuppling of existing MC had to be removed due to new DPA policy. New MC request need to be prepared as soon as possible.
