Measure ratio of B->J/psiK and B->Dpi in 2024 data

These channels have the best known BFs

Output

Produces 3 nTuples

• B->J/psiK from b2cc
• B->Dpi from b2oc
• B->J/psipi from RD, but with pi->K in DTF

B->J/psiK from bandq is no longer included because of lhcb/Moore#764

This MR superseded !1190 (merged): It adds an RD line and adds DLLS.

Instructions

When creating your merge request:
