BdsToVVand4H_run3_checks -- update for 2024 MC and data

Updates to add 2024 MC with latest Hlt2 sequence (and Moore version) and data for MagUp for the 2024 data checks on the BnoC B->VV lines.

Also adds isolation information into the data tuple which came with Moore/v55r8.
