Add MagUp data to ew_projects_run3 production
Supersedes !1059 (merged)
Only change w.r.t that production is to extend the data job to be able to process both magnet polarities, such that we get the data after the MD.
Previous nTuples should only be deleted once this production has caught up (it uses keep_running) to the previous production.
