WIP: Bs to jpsi phi update

CLOSED because of the decision to not submit prompt DsPi samples this round.

Adding the new swave MagDown 2015 dst sample. Redoing the failed JpsiKplus samples from 2017 and 2018.

Todo: local testing (in progress).

Issues:

• refitting PVs for the Prompt DsPi sample does not pass.
• not all MC samples are picked.
• MagDown 2-15 Inclusive DsPiKK sample is missing.
