Velo drift jpsi,psi2s To MuMu MC with different alignment settings
A follow-up production of !1332 (merged) , !1366 (merged) , with more expertised CondDB settings suggested by @freiss .
The output will be used to study velo drift effects under different alignment conditions.
For people who use this MR as a template for velo-drift study, we suggest adding also a velo-drift mc production using sim10-2024.Q1.2-v1.0-mu100
and sim10-2024.Q1.2-v1.0-md100
as condDB tag. It tells us what we could expect under a perfect alignment. "perfect alignment" here means the same detector position as was used when generating the sample. sim10-2024.Q1.2-v1.0-mu100
and sim10-2024.Q1.2-v1.0-md100
describe the expected VELO position after closing lhcb-conddb/SIMCOND!228 (merged)
Comment from Florian: to be clear, using sim10-2024.Q1.2-v1.0-mu100
, sim10-2024.Q1.2-v1.0-mu100-mitigated-drift
and sim10-2024.Q1.2-v1.0-mu100-unmitigated-drift
only makes sense for samples produced with sim10-2024.Q1.2-v1.0-mu100
