using the HLT1 sequence without UT and Moore/v55r7
using the same HLT2 sequence with UT and Moore/v55r10p1 for both data and MC
binding MaxChi2 to Downstream line additionally to other loosened cuts in Downstream and MuonUT
overwrites (hopefully) !1327 (merged) and !1387 (merged)
