run new AP with UT in reco over data and MC with newest Moore for HLT2

For tracking efficiency studies run

  • data and MC
  • using the HLT1 sequence without UT and Moore/v55r7
  • using the same HLT2 sequence with UT and Moore/v55r10p1 for both data and MC
  • binding MaxChi2 to Downstream line additionally to other loosened cuts in Downstream and MuonUT
  • overwrites (hopefully) !1327 (merged) and !1387 (merged)
