Charm : cc-baryon to XimD(s)h for 2024 data sets

Jobs to run the cc-baryons decay to Xi- D(s) h based on 2024 data sets (MagDown + MagUp).

The following lines are included:

Hlt2Charm_XiccpToDspXimPip_LLL
Hlt2Charm_OccpToDpXimPip_DDL

p.s. The LLL case will cover all the data samples, DDL case only takes the data sets with UT.
