Process other data configurations for SMOG2 TurCal data (MD, with UT, 24c1 and 24c2 etc.)

This AP will run over SMOG2 data in the TurCal stream collected this summer.

There are many data configurations, here is what is included in this AP:

Data just before the June TS that was not previously processed:

  • ('24','MagUp','-Excl-UT','24c1','296550:296631')

The run numbers are necessary here because earlier TurCal data included in Sprucing 24c1 did not yet have our SMOG2 TurCal lines merged. Trying to run over this earlier data causes the AP to crash, so we have to put a list of run numbers.

(Mostly) Data after the June TS (Sprucing 24c2 includes some data before the June TS):

  • ('24','MagDown','-Excl-UT','24c1')
  • ('24','MagDown','-Excl-UT','24c2')
  • ('24','MagDown','','24c2')
  • ('24','MagUp','','24c2')

Here we do not need to specify the run numbers as all of the data processed with Sprucing 24c2 has our SMOG2 TurCal lines included.

Note that this AP does NOT supersede !1331 (merged), which only processed the fill where we injected Argon (fill 9666). This AP will start processing the data collected directly after that Argon fill, when we switched to injecting Helium.
