Production of luminosity ntuples (from lumistream)

Elisabeth Maria Niel requested to merge elniel/lumi_offline into master

The goal of this production is to produce the ntuples necessary for the offline luminosity measurement per run. Here we test two runs to start and to see if all the chain works as expected. We fill the ntuples with the odin information and the luminosity summary.

  • Add a label for your WG --> there is no label for luminosity
  • Assign the merge request to you working group's DPA/RTA liaison: @sxian
