Make data tuples for new data processed with spruce v24c3

Maurice Pierre Morgenthaler requested to merge phis_run3_data into master

Producing data for various channels for the phi_s analysis.

Some of the reasons to produce those tuples (anew) are:

  • Change in dedicated HLT2 pipeline to remove smearing of mass sidebands of B mass variable
  • Inclusion of OSVertexCharge tagger
  • Using the new sprucing version v24c3
