AP for the commissioning of inclusive lines in HLT2

AnalysisProduction for the Commissioning of the inclusive selections in HLT2.

We are making a production using sprucing Lines, which have neither the inclusive dilepton (MVA and Cutbased), nor the topo lines as an hlt2 prefilter. The reason for that is, we would like to commission our selections with as little bias as possible. Since Topo and InclDileptonMVA use the same MVA codebase, sprucing lines with either selection are not desired for either commissioning study.

For now, this AP is targeting the decay B -> JPsiK to start developing the code for commissioning. More modes will follow superseding this AP probably soon, to cover more decay topologies.

Currently, we are using the centrally processed MC -> W31.34, corresponding to Block 1 and 2, corresponding to the MagUp data taking of Sprucing24c2. Therefore we are only using this campaign -> with sprucing though.
