B2KSHHH production of 2015 and 2016 MC samples

Maurizio Martinelli requested to merge mamartin/B2KSHHH into master

The previous analysis production did not include 2015 and 2016 MC samples since they had a bug in the filtering. New samples have been generated with the bug fixed and an analysis production is needed.

This MR DOES NOT supersede !146 (merged) but integrates it.
