Adding 24c4 MagUp to btoxll_mva lines

Description

This is a continuation of this MR: !1925 (merged), which was merged a few days ago. Given that 24c4 MagUp data is already arriving to the BKK path, we decided to also ntuple those files. This MR does:

  • Adds 24c4 MagUp data
  • Removes all the other data, because it was already processed with the MR mentioned above.
