BsToJpsiPhi: Use atexit to fix filenames and avoid LHCbDIRAC bug

@egovorko I've made this change to force the output filename to be all lowercase and avoid a LHCbDIRAC bug. If/when these options are submitted again it can be reverted as the LHCbDIRAC fix will be deployed within a week or two.
