Downstream Jpsi2LmdLmdbar lines based on 2024 data samples with UT.
This MR extends !1562 (merged) by adding 24c3 and 24c4 sprucing campaigns and MagUp for 24c2.
In addition, the DTF for the T-Track case is fixed, according to this comment.
