QQbar2MuMu 2024 S24c2 update; save all decays in same root file to ensure same Lumi

Updated AP for QQbar2MuMu 2024 S24c2 data

Prepare for Jpsi, psi2S and Upsilon Xsec ratio measurement. Save all decays in the same root files to ensure the same Lumi.

Use the output to replace: image image in https://lhcb-analysis-productions.web.cern.ch/productions/?wg=bandq&analysis=quarkoniatomumu2024.

Keep only the DQ=OK data. Possible to use the output for publication.
