Processing Block 1 MC in .DST format for B->D(KsPiPi)h.

In this tupling script I combined all the HLT2 lines into one job, so the results of all the relevant HLT2 lines will end up in the same tuples.

Based on scripts in !1747 (closed) and !2085 (merged).
