Tupling existing Sim09l 15266096 MC (-> fix to !2096)

Updated to !989 (merged) to tuple Lb2Lc3pi for existing 15266096 unfiltered MC. Lb2LcTauNuForB2XTauNu (Run1) and Lb2LcTauNuForB2XTauNuAllLines (Run2) lines.

This should supersede a buggy production (v1r2096, !2096 (merged)) that had incorrect steering file: this line previously had Bd (for Bd2Dst3pi) instead of Lb (Lb2Lc3pi).
