Modified PIDCalib tupling for S24c4: added beamPOCA lines to and removed Downstream tracks to.

This is my first analysis production, so I might have made some mistakes regarding the liaisons or something like that, I apologize in advance and appreciate any comments if necessary.

I Took the PIDCalib tupling for S24c4, from here https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-datapkg/AnalysisProductions/-/merge_requests/1981 and here https://lhcb-analysis-productions.web.cern.ch/productions/?wg=pid&analysis=run3_pidcalib_tupling&dset=collision24_s24c4_magup_veloclosed_includeut_turboonly&ver=v1r1981.

To this I added the beamPOCA variables. I also removed the downstream track channels. Note that my intention is not to replace the PIDCalib tupling, but have this different version for my specific study case. Others will still be interested in the original analysis production.

My specific study will use beamPOCA vars to train a PID generative adversarial neural network.

I'm working in collaboration with Sergio Arguedas-Cuendis and Saverio Mariani.
