AP for BuLcppi and Bc2LcpK [supersedes !1789 !1881 and !1815]

This is the AP for producing the BuLcppi/Bc2LcPK 2016-2018 real data and MC.

This AP supersedes !1789 (merged) !1881 (merged) and !1815 (merged) with the following changes:

  • A new DecayTreeFitter with B and Lc mass constraints and vertex constraint is added.
  • Add the MCDecayTree algorithm for truth-level MC samples.
  • Add the information for some new L0 physics triggers.
