Bu psi pi Run2

Ruiwen Hou requested to merge BuPsiPi into master

Due to the lack of variables, we are rescanning the data/MC samples. In the previous MR !2519 (merged), I have already archived the jobs about BtoPsiPi.

This merge request is ready to be used for the decay B+ -> pi+ (Psi(2S) -> mu+ mu-) in the Run2 MC/data samples.

The event number is 12143031(Psi pi+).
