B->LcPPi Run2 data.

Zan Ren requested to merge chuhan/BuLcppi_Data into master

This is the new AP for B->Lc p pi run2 data, supersedes !1815 (merged)

The following L0 trigger lines were forgotten to add in the old AP:

L0ElectronDecision
L0MuonDecision
L0PhotonDecision
L0DiMuonDecision

Now they are added.

The old AP will be archived once the new AP is done.
