SMOG2 PbNe 2024 Minbias

This is minmum bias data sample for 2024 PbNe collective flow measurement.

We use "IONPASS" stream with hlt2 lines "Hlt2PbSMOG_Hadronic" and "Hlt2PbSMOG_MinBiasPassthrough".

Information for all charged long tracks are collected in the EventTuple with vectors in branches.
