Tupling of dark photon block 1+2 MC

Subsitution of dielectron PID in !2569 (merged) caused not processing of displaced e+e- decays. Since the Particle Combiner with the ParticleVertexFitter does not take into account the flight distance of the intermediate particles, this is not needed.
