Associated Jpsi etac production (MC for Jpsi to pp)

associated_jpsi_etac_v3 into master

Producing ntuples for the normalisation mode MC of the analysis of associated Jpsi-etac prompt production, whith Jpsi -> mu+ mu- and etac -> p+ p-. This mode requires MC for Jpsi -> p+ p-, the one being produced here. Also producing MCDTT tuples for Jpsi -> p+ p-, etac -> p+ p- and Jpsi -> mu+ mu-.
