D02HH production with DaVinci/v46r3

The last production although merged was not submitted in order to investigate a possible issue, we tried DV/v46r3 and decided it was not urgent

Additionally the options have been made compatible with python 3 and the output was checked to ensure all branches and trees are present.

No output needs to be archived as a result of this production.
