Removal of PID in HLT2 within sprucing.

This is copying what was implemented here: !2320 (merged) in B2OC for using the sprucing framework to rebuild candidates after HLT2 in MC, removing the PID cuts applied in the trigger so these PID efficiencies can be correctly evaluated using PIDCALIB2 offline.

Checks were done by arbitrarily changing the PID cut tighter to check that it is properly building candidates and cutting correctly. Also in the output test files, candidates that don't meet HLT2 trigger requirements are saved in the final output root files, e.g. in this case h1_PIDK for the kaon MC can be seen to go less than 0.
