Draft: B2OC: combine multiple B2DX decay descriptors

• derived from !2391 by Andreea-Irina Hedes
• update for TurboSpruce configuration
• add Lb2LcPi
• turn off lifetime fit for Lb
• make the CI green by using application: "lb-conda/default/2025-02-27" in the split stage
• deprecated functor replacement: BPV -> OWNPV replacement
• cleanup / update code following https://mattermost.web.cern.ch/lhcb/pl/jihtwk8itfyrjcsomg1s71epaa

main changes introduced by the last point:

• use p theta phi instead of p pt eta px py pz
• for the end vertex revert to F.ENDVERTEX_POS
• in trueid_bkgcat_info revert to F.TRUEFOURMOMENTUM
