Dark photon ntuple production (supersedes !263)

Production of ntuples for A' -> e+ e- Run 2 analysis. Uses newly-supported GaudiPython, with many thanks and all credit to @cburr

(despite superseding !263 (merged) there is no problem because no ntuples were produced by it)
