New production for B+->munuee MC (supersedes !306)

Fabian Christoph Glaser requested to merge facglase/B2munuee into master

New production for B+->munuee MC (12513023) with the following changes (compared to !306 (merged))

  • combine the two electrons from the B23MuNu_Muee stripping into a di-electron object (without DiElectronMaker)
  • add a new selection for electrons from StdDiElectronFromTracks (which runs DiElectronMaker)
  • add a few missing branches

Having both selections (with and without running DiElectronMaker) allows to study the differences and decide on the standard selection procedure for all upcoming productions of this analysis.

The MC samples from the previous production !306 (merged) can be deleted immediately.
