Bug fix for SigmacD Production

There was a small bug in the LambdacpD* selection. Fixed and now need to reprocess them. Note that this will run again over the full selected dataset, but will only run 6 sequences, rather than ~45 that were ran in the initial production. i.e. this does not supersede the old production.
