Prompt tagged D0 -> hh for Sprucing25r1

Targets all prompt tagged D0 -> hh lines from charm.

Main modifications since 2024:

• the branch nPVs is now created automatically, being the dimension of 1D/2D branches (you get an error if you try to instance it explicitly)
• TES location changed from HLT2 to Turbo
• TISTOS on Hlt2 does not work any longer
• input_process in info.yaml is now TurboSpruce, while stream has changed to charmcpv
