Draft: Franklin with new functor in Rec Dummy Test

Franklin example using the released version of DaVinci/v66r3 with a modified version of Rec to create a new functor, or in this case just replicate F.PX. This is meant to fail since this is the test using the unreleased build before being officially released from Franklin. If you check out the pipeline you should see that Franklin.log terminated successfully but the job is forced to fail with this error:

What you would do next is attach this link to your Franklin MR, we can check it looks sensible and then can merge it. Wait a little while and your build will be deployed to CVMFS where you can then rerun your pipeline and ask for a review as usual from your WG liaisons. Remember Franklin is designed for developments and prototyping. We strongly suggest you apply a pre-scale here to show this is for testing purposes and to "encourage" you to then commit your changes to the central repositories. Of course in cases where this is not practical you can justify this to your WG liaison.
