New production on D02HHPI0 MC (larger sample)

Charm: New MC production for the stripping filtered PHSP D02HHPi0 sample with MC Truth Information which will be used for the efficiency correction in the Amplitude analysis on the D0->PiPiPi0 (supersedes !<MR 262>). I suppose there should be no duplication on the superseded ntuples but if is it could be deleted after the new merge request is finalised
