Bs2Jpsipipi new production version. (supersedes the MC samples of !316)

Dear experts, The restripping cuts in previous production version is wrong. So we would like to update the MC samples of MR!316. However, the data samples in MR!316 should be kept. The superseded MC ntuples can be deleted immediately.
