Pidcalib 2016 reprocessing with sweight lookup bug fix
Reprocessing of 2016 PIDCalib (no electrons, that one is specific) as done earlier with !198 (merged), but with sWeight lookup bug fix (see lhcb/Castelao!122 (merged), applied in Castelao v4r4).
