Processing Tuples for PID Calibration Lines for s25c2 Mag Up.

This uses scripts adapted from !3093, which was ran on s25c1 Mag Up and !3318 (merged), which was ran on Blocks 7 and 8.

Since all the PID lines were moved into Turbo-only for s25c2, as was done previously for Blocks 7 and 8 last year, there are two jobs for the primary and secondary PID HLT2 lines, respectively, both under Turbo-only.
