Processing Tuples for PID Calibration Lines for s25c3 Mag Up.

This uses the same DaVinci option scripts as in !3926 (merged).

Since all the PID lines were moved into Turbo-only for s25c2, as was done previously for Blocks 7 and 8 last year, there are two jobs for the primary and secondary PID HLT2 lines, respectively, both under Turbo-only.
