Bc2Bsstpi Runs 1/2 analysis, remake old tuples

This production adds tuples for the B_c^+ \to B_s^{0(*)}\pi^+ analysis with Run 1 and Run 2.

The tuples that were being used were produced with Bender, so this Aprod aims to remake the tuples (and add some new MC ones) so that the analysis can progress.

This initial MR does the following (see README for more details):

• Add data samples for 2012 and 2017, so we can check them against the old Bender-produced ones
• Add some 2012 and 2017 MC samples from the old (Sim09) samples so that we can check against the Bender-produced ones
• Add new 2017 MC samples (Sim10, Run 1 samples are currently being requested) that we can check against the old MC samples

Once we have performed these checks, we can add any tweaks we need, and then submit for the rest of the data/MC (and of course if we find any issues with the samples in this request they will be archived before requesting new ones)
