Processing Tuples for PID Calibration Lines for s25c4 Mags Up and Down.

This uses the same DaVinci option scripts as in https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-datapkg/AnalysisProductions/-/merge_requests/3926/.

Since all the PID lines were moved into Turbo-only for s25c2, as was done previously for Blocks 7 and 8 last year, there are two jobs for the primary and secondary PID HLT2 lines, respectively, both under Turbo-only.
