Since the original tuples were missing the HLT2 trigger variables, a full rescan of the samples is required. This merge request performs the scanning of the Run1 and Run2 data and MC samples for the decay B+ -> K+ (Psi(2S) -> mu+ mu-), B+ -> pi+ (Psi(2S) -> mu+ mu-).

For the 2016 Psi(2S)K+ MC sample, restripping is required due to the stripping version. In addition, we do not scan the 2015 MC sample.
