Draft: [Validation][QEE] Persistency and split input stream validation for AToMuMu line EoY resprucing of 2025 data

Tupling test for 2025 end-of-year Re-Sprucing Data Validation (S25r1).

This MR aims to test a single DrellYan line (SpruceQEE_AToMuMu) on Sprucing Data collected during 2025 and check we get non-zero events.

I tested this locally/offline, and it seems to behave as expected. We are able to get some non-zero events for qeelow, and the tuple building fails if we use qee instead of the correct qeelow.
