reprocessing tracking efficiency lines (supersedes !416)
Re-processing 2022 data and produce tuples for track reconstruction efficiency lines and hadronic interaction lines to include changes in new Moore and Rec releases.
Supersedes !416 (merged). This is a copy of !472 (merged), this time running over the correct sample (VeloClosed).
