Rerun Moore with new alignment and tupling

The productions runs Moore on the HLT1 Passthrough data with a preliminary alignment. The goal is to test the effect of this alignment on asymmetries and mass resolutions.

Moore is configured to only run the D meson and Lc baryon lines in the Charm module. DaVinci is configured to run the tuples from the production asymmetry and cross-section efforts.
