Re-tuple the Bd->KstGamma and Bs->PhiGamma Run3 MC (supersedes !<495>)

Adding truth match variables to the tuple as it's missed in the previous production. The tuples of Bs and Bd exclusive RUN3 MC can be removed after this production is finalized.
