[B2CC] Hlt2 checks for JpsiX0 channel

It's the check for Hlt2B2CC_BuToJpsiKstPlus and Hlt2B2CC_BuToChicKPlus htl2 lines with 2023 commissioning data (It was not included in the 2022 data taking).
